Cream prefilled pod IQOS in Panama City: the deals shortlist
Cream in Panama City: 12 units tested over 7 weeks, prefilled pod formats, priced per 10 ml for Panama.
Delivery, returns and what 4–9 business days really means
The honest read on cream: 12 units through the same routine over 7 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
Cream prefilled pod reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 12 units and 7 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
The short version: cream in Panama City works if the prefilled pod, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a cream prefilled pod really costs in Panama City
We run cream the same way in Panama City: same prefilled pod, same 7 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
How we tested cream in a prefilled pod
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 4–9 business days.
- Pick the prefilled pod that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Panama, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a prefilled pod arrives sealed but wrong.
- Coil type inside the prefilled pod, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
Where cream goes wrong
- Chasing a discount on a prefilled pod that then needs an adapter nobody in Panama stocks.
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long cream in Panama City survives.
- Buying the cheapest prefilled pod available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
The rules that apply here
Wholesale lines to Panama need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.
Retail sales in Panama sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is the local legal limit. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.

| Entry kit | B/.47 | What a first order really pays |
| Refill cost | B/.2.97 / 10 ml | The figure that decides the habit |
