Cream squonk mod IQOS in Panama City: the cheap shortlist
Cream in Panama City: 12 units tested over 6 weeks, squonk mod formats, priced per 10 ml for Panama.
Delivery, returns and what 4–9 business days really means
Cream in a squonk mod is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Panama City the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
Most people searching IQOS in Panama are not after a spec sheet. They want to know what it costs, how long it lasts and which shop will still service it in three months.
The short version: cream in Panama City works if the squonk mod, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a cream squonk mod really costs in Panama City
Cream squonk mod reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 12 units and 6 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
How we tested cream in a squonk mod
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 4–9 business days.
- Pick the squonk mod that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Panama, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Coil type inside the squonk mod, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- Batch code and production date, so a cream bottle turned in 6 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a squonk mod arrives sealed but wrong.
Where cream goes wrong
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Panama accept nicotine freight.
- Chasing a discount on a squonk mod that then needs an adapter nobody in Panama stocks.
- Ignoring the batch date on a squonk mod and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
The rules that apply here
Retail sales in Panama sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is the local legal limit. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.
Panama applies its own import permit process for nicotine goods.

| Entry kit | B/.60 | What a first order really pays |
| Refill cost | B/.1.85 / 10 ml | The figure that decides the habit |

Frequently asked questions
What nicotine strength should cream start at?
Start at whatever Panama allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a squonk mod.
How much does a squonk mod cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Panama City: about B/.1.85 per 10 ml liquid plus B/.60 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
Why does cream taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the squonk mod units we ran, a coil past 5 days turned the cream blend itself harsh.
