Cream squonk mod IQOS in Panama City: the price shortlist
Cream in Panama City: 12 units tested over 7 weeks, squonk mod formats, priced per 10 ml for Panama.
How we tested Cream squonk mod here
Cream squonk mod reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 12 units and 7 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
There is no single best way to buy IQOS in Panama. There is only the batch that arrived, the coil that came with it, and whether the shop tracks the production run.
If you only read one line: the squonk mod you buy decides how long cream tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a cream squonk mod really costs in Panama City
A cream squonk mod from the value options in Panama costs about B/.2.68 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
How we tested cream in a squonk mod
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Panama, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 4–9 business days.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Coil type inside the squonk mod, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- Spare parts availability for squonk mod in Panama, since tanks and pods go first.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a squonk mod arrives sealed but wrong.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
Where cream goes wrong
- Treating the advertised B/.64 entry kit as the real cost when refills run B/.2.68 per 10 ml.
- Buying the cheapest squonk mod available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
- Chasing a discount on a squonk mod that then needs an adapter nobody in Panama stocks.
The rules that apply here
Packaging for cream in Panama must be child-resistant, and the batch code has to be readable without cutting the shrink wrap.
Panama applies its own import permit process for nicotine goods. Shipping of nicotine to Panama runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.

Frequently asked questions
Why does cream taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the squonk mod units we ran, a coil past 7 days turned the cream blend itself harsh.
Do you ship tracked orders to Panama?
Yes, tracked to 4–9 business days, with the same-day cut-off at 14:00. Bulk orders get an import note attached before dispatch.
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On cream the budget price and the premium price can sit within B/.2.68 per 10 ml once 4–9 business days is counted.
