Cream starter kit IQOS in Panama City: the budget shortlist
Cream in Panama City: 23 units tested over 2 weeks, starter kit formats, priced per 10 ml for Panama.
Delivery, returns and what 4–9 business days really means
The honest read on cream: 23 units through the same routine over 2 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
Cream in Panama City reaches the shelf in starter kit formats, and the budget ones are rarely the ones that stay in stock. Availability, not taste, is what breaks an order.
The short version: cream in Panama City works if the starter kit, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a cream starter kit really costs in Panama City
Cream sounds like one product. It is not: a starter kit running varies will taste nothing like the same blend on a different device, which is why we test before we recommend.
How we tested cream in a starter kit
- Pick the starter kit that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Panama, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 4–9 business days.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- Stock depth: 23 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- Batch code and production date, so a cream bottle turned in 2 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- Coil type inside the starter kit, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
Where cream goes wrong
- Mixing cream with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
- Ignoring the batch date on a starter kit and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
- Treating the advertised B/.60 entry kit as the real cost when refills run B/.2.99 per 10 ml.
The rules that apply here
Retail sales in Panama sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is the local legal limit. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.
Panama applies its own import permit process for nicotine goods. Shipping of nicotine to Panama runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.
| What it is | This page | Why it matters |
|---|---|---|
| Flavour | Cream | Decides coil choice more than strength does |
| Format | starter kit | Sets how much liquid you are actually buying |
| Stock checked | 23 lines | Batch-traced, dated production runs only |
| Nicotine ceiling | varies | Legal retail limit in Panama |
| Coil life | ~7 days | The hidden monthly cost |
| Delivery to Panama | 4–9 business days | Buffer the reorder around this |
| Entry kit | B/.60 | What a first order really pays |
| Refill cost | B/.2.99 / 10 ml | The figure that decides the habit |

Frequently asked questions
What nicotine strength should cream start at?
Start at whatever Panama allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a starter kit.
How long does cream in a starter kit last?
In Panama City we measured 2 to 23 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
Why does cream taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the starter kit units we ran, a coil past 7 days turned the cream blend itself harsh.
