The honest read on cream: 11 units through the same routine over 2 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.

Cream sub-ohm kit reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 11 units and 2 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.

Below is the run we did for this search: 11 units, sub-ohm kit, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.

What a cream sub-ohm kit really costs in Panama City

A cream sub-ohm kit from the discounted options in Panama costs about B/.2.58 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.

How we tested cream in a sub-ohm kit

1. Pick the sub-ohm kit that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
2. Choose strength against the ceiling in Panama, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
3. Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 4–9 business days.

• Stock depth: 11 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
• The landed price per 10 ml after 4–9 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
• Returns window and who pays return postage when a sub-ohm kit arrives sealed but wrong.
• Spare parts availability for sub-ohm kit in Panama, since tanks and pods go first.

Where cream goes wrong

• Assuming varies is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
• Buying the cheapest sub-ohm kit available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
• Mixing cream with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.

The rules that apply here

Panama applies its own import permit process for nicotine goods. Shipping of nicotine to Panama runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.

Retail sales in Panama sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is the local legal limit. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.
