Cream zero-nicotine bottle IQOS in Panama City: the compare shortlist
Cream in Panama City: 12 units tested over 9 weeks, zero-nicotine bottle formats, priced per 10 ml for Panama.
What the label on Cream is allowed to say
Ordering into Panama City usually means waiting 4–9 business days. Plan the reorder around that, not around the flavour you like best.
We run cream the same way in Panama City: same zero-nicotine bottle, same 9 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
If you only read one line: the zero-nicotine bottle you buy decides how long cream tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a cream zero-nicotine bottle really costs in Panama City
We run cream the same way in Panama City: same zero-nicotine bottle, same 9 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
How we tested cream in a zero-nicotine bottle
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Panama, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 4–9 business days.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every cream bottle shipped into Panama.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in Panama, not a suggestion.
- Spare parts availability for zero-nicotine bottle in Panama, since tanks and pods go first.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
Where cream goes wrong
- Treating the advertised B/.34 entry kit as the real cost when refills run B/.2.91 per 10 ml.
- Buying the cheapest zero-nicotine bottle available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
- Chasing a discount on a zero-nicotine bottle that then needs an adapter nobody in Panama stocks.
The rules that apply here
Wholesale lines to Panama need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.
Panama applies its own import permit process for nicotine goods. Shipping of nicotine to Panama runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.

| Entry kit | B/.34 | What a first order really pays |
| Refill cost | B/.2.91 / 10 ml | The figure that decides the habit |

Frequently asked questions
Can I order IQOS online in Panama?
Yes, tracked dispatch before 14:00, and delivery lands in 4–9 business days. Stock is batch-traced, so the bottle you receive carries a dated code.
How much does a zero-nicotine bottle cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Panama City: about B/.2.91 per 10 ml liquid plus B/.34 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
Why does cream taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the zero-nicotine bottle units we ran, a coil past 7 days turned the cream blend itself harsh.
