Dessert 30 ml shortfill IQOS in Panama City: the best shortlist
Dessert in Panama City: 17 units tested over 4 weeks, 30 ml shortfill formats, priced per 10 ml for Panama.
Coil life, liquid cost and the dessert habit
Dessert prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Panama City that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within B/.1.93 per 10 ml.
The honest read on dessert: 17 units through the same routine over 4 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
Below is the run we did for this search: 17 units, 30 ml shortfill, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a dessert 30 ml shortfill really costs in Panama City
Dessert sounds like one product. It is not: a 30 ml shortfill running varies will taste nothing like the same blend on a different device, which is why we test before we recommend.
How we tested dessert in a 30 ml shortfill
- Pick the 30 ml shortfill that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Panama, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- Batch code and production date, so a dessert bottle turned in 4 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in Panama, not a suggestion.
- Coil type inside the 30 ml shortfill, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
Where dessert goes wrong
- Buying the cheapest 30 ml shortfill available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
- Chasing a discount on a 30 ml shortfill that then needs an adapter nobody in Panama stocks.
- Treating the advertised B/.36 entry kit as the real cost when refills run B/.1.93 per 10 ml.
The rules that apply here
Panama applies its own import permit process for nicotine goods. Shipping of nicotine to Panama runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.
Retail sales in Panama sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is the local legal limit. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.
