Dessert 30 ml shortfill IQOS in Panama City: the flat shortlist
Dessert in Panama City: 6 units tested over 2 weeks, 30 ml shortfill formats, priced per 10 ml for Panama.
Choosing a 30 ml shortfill for dessert
Dessert prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Panama City that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within B/.2.33 per 10 ml.
Dessert sounds like one product. It is not: a 30 ml shortfill running varies will taste nothing like the same blend on a different device, which is why we test before we recommend.
The short version: dessert in Panama City works if the 30 ml shortfill, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a dessert 30 ml shortfill really costs in Panama City
Dessert prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Panama City that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within B/.2.33 per 10 ml.
How we tested dessert in a 30 ml shortfill
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Panama, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 4–9 business days.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- Batch code and production date, so a dessert bottle turned in 2 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Spare parts availability for 30 ml shortfill in Panama, since tanks and pods go first.
Where dessert goes wrong
- Chasing a discount on a 30 ml shortfill that then needs an adapter nobody in Panama stocks.
- Treating the advertised B/.34 entry kit as the real cost when refills run B/.2.33 per 10 ml.
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Panama accept nicotine freight.
The rules that apply here
Panama applies its own import permit process for nicotine goods. Shipping of nicotine to Panama runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.
Packaging for dessert in Panama must be child-resistant, and the batch code has to be readable without cutting the shrink wrap.
