Dessert 30 ml shortfill IQOS in Panama City: the guide shortlist
Dessert in Panama City: 12 units tested over 5 weeks, 30 ml shortfill formats, priced per 10 ml for Panama.
Delivery, returns and what 4–9 business days really means
Dessert prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Panama City that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within B/.3.56 per 10 ml.
We run dessert the same way in Panama City: same 30 ml shortfill, same 5 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
Below is the run we did for this search: 12 units, 30 ml shortfill, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a dessert 30 ml shortfill really costs in Panama City
Dessert in Panama City reaches the shelf in 30 ml shortfill formats, and the starter ones are rarely the ones that stay in stock. Availability, not taste, is what breaks an order.
How we tested dessert in a 30 ml shortfill
- Pick the 30 ml shortfill that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Panama, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every dessert bottle shipped into Panama.
- Spare parts availability for 30 ml shortfill in Panama, since tanks and pods go first.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- Stock depth: 12 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
Where dessert goes wrong
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long dessert in Panama City survives.
- Chasing a discount on a 30 ml shortfill that then needs an adapter nobody in Panama stocks.
- Mixing dessert with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
The rules that apply here
Panama applies its own import permit process for nicotine goods.
Packaging for dessert in Panama must be child-resistant, and the batch code has to be readable without cutting the shrink wrap.

Frequently asked questions
How much does a 30 ml shortfill cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Panama City: about B/.3.56 per 10 ml liquid plus B/.58 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On dessert the budget price and the premium price can sit within B/.3.56 per 10 ml once 4–9 business days is counted.
Why does dessert taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the 30 ml shortfill units we ran, a coil past 7 days turned the dessert blend itself harsh.
