Dessert 60 ml bottle IQOS in Panama City: the cheap shortlist
Dessert in Panama City: 18 units tested over 9 weeks, 60 ml bottle formats, priced per 10 ml for Panama.
Stock, batch codes and the dispatch window
Dessert prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Panama City that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within B/.2.95 per 10 ml.
Dessert in Panama City reaches the shelf in 60 ml bottle formats, and the cheapest ones are rarely the ones that stay in stock. Availability, not taste, is what breaks an order.
If you only read one line: the 60 ml bottle you buy decides how long dessert tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a dessert 60 ml bottle really costs in Panama City
There is no single best way to buy IQOS in Panama. There is only the batch that arrived, the coil that came with it, and whether the shop tracks the production run.
How we tested dessert in a 60 ml bottle
- Pick the 60 ml bottle that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Panama, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Coil type inside the 60 ml bottle, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in Panama, not a suggestion.
- Batch code and production date, so a dessert bottle turned in 9 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
Where dessert goes wrong
- Ignoring the batch date on a 60 ml bottle and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
- Treating the advertised B/.49 entry kit as the real cost when refills run B/.2.95 per 10 ml.
- Buying the cheapest 60 ml bottle available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
The rules that apply here
Panama applies its own import permit process for nicotine goods. Shipping of nicotine to Panama runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.
Retail sales in Panama sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is the local legal limit. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.

Frequently asked questions
Do you ship tracked orders to Panama?
Yes, tracked to 4–9 business days, with the same-day cut-off at 14:00. Bulk orders get an import note attached before dispatch.
Why does dessert taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the 60 ml bottle units we ran, a coil past 7 days turned the dessert blend itself harsh.
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On dessert the budget price and the premium price can sit within B/.2.95 per 10 ml once 4–9 business days is counted.
