Dessert box mod IQOS in Panama City: the compare shortlist
Dessert in Panama City: 22 units tested over 4 weeks, box mod formats, priced per 10 ml for Panama.
Stock, batch codes and the dispatch window
Dessert prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Panama City that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within B/.2.51 per 10 ml.
Dessert box mod reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 22 units and 4 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
The short version: dessert in Panama City works if the box mod, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a dessert box mod really costs in Panama City
Most people searching IQOS in Panama are not after a spec sheet. They want to know what it costs, how long it lasts and which shop will still service it in three months.
How we tested dessert in a box mod
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Panama, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Pick the box mod that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in Panama, not a suggestion.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 4–9 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Batch code and production date, so a dessert bottle turned in 4 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a box mod arrives sealed but wrong.
Where dessert goes wrong
- Buying the cheapest box mod available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
- Assuming varies is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why dessert tastes flat after two days.
The rules that apply here
Retail sales in Panama sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is the local legal limit. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.
Packaging for dessert in Panama must be child-resistant, and the batch code has to be readable without cutting the shrink wrap.

Frequently asked questions
How much does a box mod cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Panama City: about B/.2.51 per 10 ml liquid plus B/.36 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
How long does dessert in a box mod last?
In Panama City we measured 4 to 22 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
Why does dessert taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the box mod units we ran, a coil past 5 days turned the dessert blend itself harsh.
