Dessert box mod IQOS in Panama City: the order shortlist
Dessert in Panama City: 7 units tested over 4 weeks, box mod formats, priced per 10 ml for Panama.
Coil life, liquid cost and the dessert habit
Dessert in a box mod is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Panama City the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
The honest read on dessert: 7 units through the same routine over 4 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
Below is the run we did for this search: 7 units, box mod, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a dessert box mod really costs in Panama City
If you are looking at dessert in Panama, the first question is not strength. It is whether the box mod you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
How we tested dessert in a box mod
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 4–9 business days.
- Pick the box mod that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Coil type inside the box mod, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in Panama, not a suggestion.
- Batch code and production date, so a dessert bottle turned in 4 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every dessert bottle shipped into Panama.
Where dessert goes wrong
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long dessert in Panama City survives.
- Chasing a discount on a box mod that then needs an adapter nobody in Panama stocks.
- Mixing dessert with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
The rules that apply here
Panama applies its own import permit process for nicotine goods. Shipping of nicotine to Panama runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.
Wholesale lines to Panama need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.

Frequently asked questions
How much does a box mod cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Panama City: about B/.3.38 per 10 ml liquid plus B/.32 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
How long does dessert in a box mod last?
In Panama City we measured 4 to 7 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
Why does dessert taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the box mod units we ran, a coil past 5 days turned the dessert blend itself harsh.
