Dessert refill pack IQOS in Panama City: the deals shortlist
Dessert in Panama City: 21 units tested over 2 weeks, refill pack formats, priced per 10 ml for Panama.
How we tested Dessert refill pack here
Dessert in Panama City reaches the shelf in refill pack formats, and the discounted ones are rarely the ones that stay in stock. Availability, not taste, is what breaks an order.
Dessert prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Panama City that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within B/.2.04 per 10 ml.
If you only read one line: the refill pack you buy decides how long dessert tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a dessert refill pack really costs in Panama City
There is no single best way to buy IQOS in Panama. There is only the batch that arrived, the coil that came with it, and whether the shop tracks the production run.
How we tested dessert in a refill pack
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Panama, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 4–9 business days.
- Pick the refill pack that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Batch code and production date, so a dessert bottle turned in 2 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every dessert bottle shipped into Panama.
- Coil type inside the refill pack, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- Spare parts availability for refill pack in Panama, since tanks and pods go first.
Where dessert goes wrong
- Chasing a discount on a refill pack that then needs an adapter nobody in Panama stocks.
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long dessert in Panama City survives.
- Treating the advertised B/.41 entry kit as the real cost when refills run B/.2.04 per 10 ml.
The rules that apply here
Panama applies its own import permit process for nicotine goods. Shipping of nicotine to Panama runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.
Wholesale lines to Panama need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.

Frequently asked questions
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On dessert the budget price and the premium price can sit within B/.2.04 per 10 ml once 4–9 business days is counted.
Is dessert legal to sell in Panama?
Panama applies its own import permit process for nicotine goods.
Why does dessert taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the refill pack units we ran, a coil past 4 days turned the dessert blend itself harsh.
