Dessert refill pack IQOS in Panama City: the review shortlist
Dessert in Panama City: 6 units tested over 3 weeks, refill pack formats, priced per 10 ml for Panama.
Delivery, returns and what 4–9 business days really means
Dessert prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Panama City that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within B/.3.39 per 10 ml.
Dessert sounds like one product. It is not: a refill pack running varies will taste nothing like the same blend on a different device, which is why we test before we recommend.
The short version: dessert in Panama City works if the refill pack, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a dessert refill pack really costs in Panama City
The honest read on dessert: 6 units through the same routine over 3 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
How we tested dessert in a refill pack
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Pick the refill pack that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 4–9 business days.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every dessert bottle shipped into Panama.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in Panama, not a suggestion.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a refill pack arrives sealed but wrong.
- Batch code and production date, so a dessert bottle turned in 3 weeks ago is not sold as new.
Where dessert goes wrong
- Treating the advertised B/.50 entry kit as the real cost when refills run B/.3.39 per 10 ml.
- Mixing dessert with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long dessert in Panama City survives.
The rules that apply here
Panama applies its own import permit process for nicotine goods.
Packaging for dessert in Panama must be child-resistant, and the batch code has to be readable without cutting the shrink wrap.

Frequently asked questions
Can I order IQOS online in Panama?
Yes, tracked dispatch before 14:00, and delivery lands in 4–9 business days. Stock is batch-traced, so the bottle you receive carries a dated code.
Why does dessert taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the refill pack units we ran, a coil past 7 days turned the dessert blend itself harsh.
Do you ship tracked orders to Panama?
Yes, tracked to 4–9 business days, with the same-day cut-off at 14:00. Bulk orders get an import note attached before dispatch.
