Dessert starter kit IQOS in Panama City: the review shortlist
Dessert in Panama City: 16 units tested over 7 weeks, starter kit formats, priced per 10 ml for Panama.
What dessert costs in Panama City
A dessert starter kit from the reviewed options in Panama costs about B/.1.94 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
We run dessert the same way in Panama City: same starter kit, same 7 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
The short version: dessert in Panama City works if the starter kit, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a dessert starter kit really costs in Panama City
Ordering into Panama City usually means waiting 4–9 business days. Plan the reorder around that, not around the flavour you like best.
How we tested dessert in a starter kit
- Pick the starter kit that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 4–9 business days.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a starter kit arrives sealed but wrong.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in Panama, not a suggestion.
- Spare parts availability for starter kit in Panama, since tanks and pods go first.
Where dessert goes wrong
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Panama accept nicotine freight.
- Ignoring the batch date on a starter kit and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why dessert tastes flat after two days.
The rules that apply here
Panama applies its own import permit process for nicotine goods.
Retail sales in Panama sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is the local legal limit. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.

Frequently asked questions
Why does dessert taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the starter kit units we ran, a coil past 7 days turned the dessert blend itself harsh.
How long does dessert in a starter kit last?
In Panama City we measured 7 to 16 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
Can I order IQOS online in Panama?
Yes, tracked dispatch before 14:00, and delivery lands in 4–9 business days. Stock is batch-traced, so the bottle you receive carries a dated code.
