Fig prefilled pod IQOS in Panama City: the cheap shortlist
Fig in Panama City: 6 units tested over 2 weeks, prefilled pod formats, priced per 10 ml for Panama.
Coil life, liquid cost and the fig habit
Fig in a prefilled pod is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Panama City the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
Fig prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Panama City that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within B/.1.64 per 10 ml.
The short version: fig in Panama City works if the prefilled pod, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.

How we tested fig in a prefilled pod
- Pick the prefilled pod that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Panama, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every fig bottle shipped into Panama.
- Spare parts availability for prefilled pod in Panama, since tanks and pods go first.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a prefilled pod arrives sealed but wrong.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
Where fig goes wrong
- Buying the cheapest prefilled pod available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
- Chasing a discount on a prefilled pod that then needs an adapter nobody in Panama stocks.
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Panama accept nicotine freight.
