Frozen 30 ml shortfill IQOS in Panama City: the compare shortlist
Frozen in Panama City: 17 units tested over 9 weeks, 30 ml shortfill formats, priced per 10 ml for Panama.
How we tested Frozen 30 ml shortfill here
Frozen in Panama City reaches the shelf in 30 ml shortfill formats, and the compared ones are rarely the ones that stay in stock. Availability, not taste, is what breaks an order.
Frozen 30 ml shortfill reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 17 units and 9 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
The short version: frozen in Panama City works if the 30 ml shortfill, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a frozen 30 ml shortfill really costs in Panama City
Most people searching IQOS in Panama are not after a spec sheet. They want to know what it costs, how long it lasts and which shop will still service it in three months.
How we tested frozen in a 30 ml shortfill
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 4–9 business days.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Panama, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a 30 ml shortfill arrives sealed but wrong.
- Stock depth: 17 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- Spare parts availability for 30 ml shortfill in Panama, since tanks and pods go first.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 4–9 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
Where frozen goes wrong
- Assuming varies is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
- Ignoring the batch date on a 30 ml shortfill and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why frozen tastes flat after two days.

Frequently asked questions
Why does frozen taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the 30 ml shortfill units we ran, a coil past 4 days turned the frozen blend itself harsh.
Is frozen legal to sell in Panama?
Panama applies its own import permit process for nicotine goods.
What nicotine strength should frozen start at?
Start at whatever Panama allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a 30 ml shortfill.
