Ordering IQOS to Panama City: the practical version
Frozen 30 ml shortfill reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 7 units and 8 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
There is no single best way to buy IQOS in Panama. There is only the batch that arrived, the coil that came with it, and whether the shop tracks the production run.
If you only read one line: the 30 ml shortfill you buy decides how long frozen tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a frozen 30 ml shortfill really costs in Panama City
Frozen 30 ml shortfill reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 7 units and 8 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
How we tested frozen in a 30 ml shortfill
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Panama, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 4–9 business days.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every frozen bottle shipped into Panama.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- Batch code and production date, so a frozen bottle turned in 8 weeks ago is not sold as new.
Where frozen goes wrong
- Treating the advertised B/.39 entry kit as the real cost when refills run B/.2.44 per 10 ml.
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long frozen in Panama City survives.
- Buying the cheapest 30 ml shortfill available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
The rules that apply here
Packaging for frozen in Panama must be child-resistant, and the batch code has to be readable without cutting the shrink wrap.
Panama applies its own import permit process for nicotine goods.

On the last run in Panama City: about B/.2.44 per 10 ml liquid plus B/.39 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.

Not automatically. On frozen the budget price and the premium price can sit within B/.2.44 per 10 ml once 4–9 business days is counted.

In Panama City we measured 8 to 7 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
