Frozen 30 ml shortfill IQOS in Panama City: the review shortlist
Frozen in Panama City: 20 units tested over 6 weeks, 30 ml shortfill formats, priced per 10 ml for Panama.
How to tell a good 30 ml shortfill from a repack
Frozen 30 ml shortfill reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 20 units and 6 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
The honest read on frozen: 20 units through the same routine over 6 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
The short version: frozen in Panama City works if the 30 ml shortfill, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a frozen 30 ml shortfill really costs in Panama City

How we tested frozen in a 30 ml shortfill
- Pick the 30 ml shortfill that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 4–9 business days.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every frozen bottle shipped into Panama.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Batch code and production date, so a frozen bottle turned in 6 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a 30 ml shortfill arrives sealed but wrong.
Where frozen goes wrong
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Panama accept nicotine freight.
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why frozen tastes flat after two days.
- Ignoring the batch date on a 30 ml shortfill and discovering the listed price was for old stock.

Frequently asked questions
How much does a 30 ml shortfill cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Panama City: about B/.2.33 per 10 ml liquid plus B/.60 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
Why does frozen taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the 30 ml shortfill units we ran, a coil past 7 days turned the frozen blend itself harsh.
Is frozen legal to sell in Panama?
Panama applies its own import permit process for nicotine goods.
