Frozen cartomizer IQOS in Panama City: the budget shortlist
Frozen in Panama City: 15 units tested over 4 weeks, cartomizer formats, priced per 10 ml for Panama.
Coil life, liquid cost and the frozen habit
Ordering into Panama City usually means waiting 4–9 business days. Plan the reorder around that, not around the flavour you like best.
The honest read on frozen: 15 units through the same routine over 4 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
The short version: frozen in Panama City works if the cartomizer, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a frozen cartomizer really costs in Panama City
The honest read on frozen: 15 units through the same routine over 4 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
How we tested frozen in a cartomizer
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 4–9 business days.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Pick the cartomizer that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a cartomizer arrives sealed but wrong.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- Stock depth: 15 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- Coil type inside the cartomizer, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
Where frozen goes wrong
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why frozen tastes flat after two days.
- Treating the advertised B/.38 entry kit as the real cost when refills run B/.2.11 per 10 ml.
- Ignoring the batch date on a cartomizer and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
The rules that apply here
Wholesale lines to Panama need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.
Packaging for frozen in Panama must be child-resistant, and the batch code has to be readable without cutting the shrink wrap.
