Frozen pen device IQOS in Panama City: the budget shortlist
Frozen in Panama City: 21 units tested over 3 weeks, pen device formats, priced per 10 ml for Panama.
What frozen costs in Panama City
If you are looking at frozen in Panama, the first question is not strength. It is whether the pen device you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
Frozen prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Panama City that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within B/.2.3 per 10 ml.
Below is the run we did for this search: 21 units, pen device, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a frozen pen device really costs in Panama City
Frozen sounds like one product. It is not: a pen device running varies will taste nothing like the same blend on a different device, which is why we test before we recommend.
How we tested frozen in a pen device
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Panama, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Pick the pen device that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every frozen bottle shipped into Panama.
- Spare parts availability for pen device in Panama, since tanks and pods go first.
- Coil type inside the pen device, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
Where frozen goes wrong
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long frozen in Panama City survives.
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Panama accept nicotine freight.
- Chasing a discount on a pen device that then needs an adapter nobody in Panama stocks.
The rules that apply here
Retail sales in Panama sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is the local legal limit. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.
Panama applies its own import permit process for nicotine goods. Shipping of nicotine to Panama runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.
