What a frozen pen device really costs in Panama City
Frozen in Panama City reaches the shelf in pen device formats, and the cheapest ones are rarely the ones that stay in stock. Availability, not taste, is what breaks an order.
How we tested frozen in a pen device
- Pick the pen device that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 4–9 business days.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Panama, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Spare parts availability for pen device in Panama, since tanks and pods go first.
- Coil type inside the pen device, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- Batch code and production date, so a frozen bottle turned in 8 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- Stock depth: 24 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
Where frozen goes wrong
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long frozen in Panama City survives.
- Assuming varies is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
- Treating the advertised B/.65 entry kit as the real cost when refills run B/.3.47 per 10 ml.
The rules that apply here
Retail sales in Panama sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is the local legal limit. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.
Panama applies its own import permit process for nicotine goods. Shipping of nicotine to Panama runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.
