Frozen RDA IQOS in Panama City: the budget shortlist
Frozen in Panama City: 9 units tested over 9 weeks, RDA formats, priced per 10 ml for Panama.
Choosing a RDA for frozen
A frozen RDA from the budget options in Panama costs about B/.3.03 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
Frozen in Panama City reaches the shelf in RDA formats, and the budget ones are rarely the ones that stay in stock. Availability, not taste, is what breaks an order.
The short version: frozen in Panama City works if the RDA, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a frozen RDA really costs in Panama City
The honest read on frozen: 9 units through the same routine over 9 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
How we tested frozen in a RDA
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 4–9 business days.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Panama, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Stock depth: 9 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- Batch code and production date, so a frozen bottle turned in 9 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every frozen bottle shipped into Panama.
Where frozen goes wrong
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why frozen tastes flat after two days.
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long frozen in Panama City survives.
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Panama accept nicotine freight.
The rules that apply here
Retail sales in Panama sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is the local legal limit. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.
Wholesale lines to Panama need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.

| Nicotine ceiling | varies | Legal retail limit in Panama |
| Coil life | ~4 days | The hidden monthly cost |
| Delivery to Panama | 4–9 business days | Buffer the reorder around this |
| Entry kit | B/.44 | What a first order really pays |
| Refill cost | B/.3.03 / 10 ml | The figure that decides the habit |

Frequently asked questions
Do you ship tracked orders to Panama?
Yes, tracked to 4–9 business days, with the same-day cut-off at 14:00. Bulk orders get an import note attached before dispatch.
Why does frozen taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the RDA units we ran, a coil past 4 days turned the frozen blend itself harsh.
How much does a RDA cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Panama City: about B/.3.03 per 10 ml liquid plus B/.44 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
