Frozen refill pack IQOS in Panama City: the guide shortlist
Frozen in Panama City: 19 units tested over 6 weeks, refill pack formats, priced per 10 ml for Panama.
How we tested Frozen refill pack here
Ordering into Panama City usually means waiting 4–9 business days. Plan the reorder around that, not around the flavour you like best.
Frozen prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Panama City that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within B/.1.95 per 10 ml.
The short version: frozen in Panama City works if the refill pack, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a frozen refill pack really costs in Panama City
Frozen sounds like one product. It is not: a refill pack running varies will taste nothing like the same blend on a different device, which is why we test before we recommend.
How we tested frozen in a refill pack
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Panama, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Pick the refill pack that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a refill pack arrives sealed but wrong.
- Batch code and production date, so a frozen bottle turned in 6 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in Panama, not a suggestion.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 4–9 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
Where frozen goes wrong
- Mixing frozen with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Panama accept nicotine freight.
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long frozen in Panama City survives.
The rules that apply here
Packaging for frozen in Panama must be child-resistant, and the batch code has to be readable without cutting the shrink wrap.
Panama applies its own import permit process for nicotine goods. Shipping of nicotine to Panama runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.

Frequently asked questions
What nicotine strength should frozen start at?
Start at whatever Panama allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a refill pack.
Do you ship tracked orders to Panama?
Yes, tracked to 4–9 business days, with the same-day cut-off at 14:00. Bulk orders get an import note attached before dispatch.
Why does frozen taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the refill pack units we ran, a coil past 4 days turned the frozen blend itself harsh.
