Frozen sub-ohm kit IQOS in Panama City: the budget shortlist
Frozen in Panama City: 16 units tested over 2 weeks, sub-ohm kit formats, priced per 10 ml for Panama.
Choosing a sub-ohm kit for frozen
If you are looking at frozen in Panama, the first question is not strength. It is whether the sub-ohm kit you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
The honest read on frozen: 16 units through the same routine over 2 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
The short version: frozen in Panama City works if the sub-ohm kit, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a frozen sub-ohm kit really costs in Panama City
Frozen sub-ohm kit reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 16 units and 2 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
How we tested frozen in a sub-ohm kit
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 4–9 business days.
- Pick the sub-ohm kit that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Spare parts availability for sub-ohm kit in Panama, since tanks and pods go first.
- Batch code and production date, so a frozen bottle turned in 2 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a sub-ohm kit arrives sealed but wrong.
- Stock depth: 16 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
Where frozen goes wrong
- Mixing frozen with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
- Treating the advertised B/.31 entry kit as the real cost when refills run B/.2.71 per 10 ml.
- Chasing a discount on a sub-ohm kit that then needs an adapter nobody in Panama stocks.
The rules that apply here
Packaging for frozen in Panama must be child-resistant, and the batch code has to be readable without cutting the shrink wrap.
Panama applies its own import permit process for nicotine goods.

Frequently asked questions
Is frozen legal to sell in Panama?
Panama applies its own import permit process for nicotine goods.
What nicotine strength should frozen start at?
Start at whatever Panama allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a sub-ohm kit.
How long does frozen in a sub-ohm kit last?
In Panama City we measured 2 to 16 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
