Frozen in Panama City: 24 units tested over 4 weeks, sub-ohm kit formats, priced per 10 ml for Panama.
Coil life, liquid cost and the frozen habit
If you are looking at frozen in Panama, the first question is not strength. It is whether the sub-ohm kit you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
We run frozen the same way in Panama City: same sub-ohm kit, same 4 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
Below is the run we did for this search: 24 units, sub-ohm kit, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a frozen sub-ohm kit really costs in Panama City
Frozen in Panama City reaches the shelf in sub-ohm kit formats, and the bulk ones are rarely the ones that stay in stock. Availability, not taste, is what breaks an order.
How we tested frozen in a sub-ohm kit
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Panama, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 4–9 business days.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every frozen bottle shipped into Panama.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 4–9 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in Panama, not a suggestion.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a sub-ohm kit arrives sealed but wrong.
Where frozen goes wrong
- Assuming varies is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why frozen tastes flat after two days.
- Buying the cheapest sub-ohm kit available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
The rules that apply here
Packaging for frozen in Panama must be child-resistant, and the batch code has to be readable without cutting the shrink wrap.
Wholesale lines to Panama need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.

Frequently asked questions
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On frozen the budget price and the premium price can sit within B/.3.25 per 10 ml once 4–9 business days is counted.
Can I order IQOS online in Panama?
Yes, tracked dispatch before 14:00, and delivery lands in 4–9 business days. Stock is batch-traced, so the bottle you receive carries a dated code.
Why does frozen taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the sub-ohm kit units we ran, a coil past 6 days turned the frozen blend itself harsh.
