Frozen zero-nicotine bottle IQOS in Panama City: the guide shortlist
Frozen in Panama City: 6 units tested over 3 weeks, zero-nicotine bottle formats, priced per 10 ml for Panama.
Choosing a zero-nicotine bottle for frozen
Frozen prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Panama City that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within B/.2.84 per 10 ml.
A frozen zero-nicotine bottle from the starter options in Panama costs about B/.2.84 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
If you only read one line: the zero-nicotine bottle you buy decides how long frozen tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a frozen zero-nicotine bottle really costs in Panama City
The honest read on frozen: 6 units through the same routine over 3 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
How we tested frozen in a zero-nicotine bottle
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Panama, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 4–9 business days.
- Pick the zero-nicotine bottle that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Batch code and production date, so a frozen bottle turned in 3 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 4–9 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Coil type inside the zero-nicotine bottle, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
Where frozen goes wrong
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Panama accept nicotine freight.
- Assuming varies is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
- Ignoring the batch date on a zero-nicotine bottle and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
The rules that apply here
Retail sales in Panama sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is the local legal limit. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.
Panama applies its own import permit process for nicotine goods.
