Grapey cartomizer IQOS in Panama City: the review shortlist
Grapey in Panama City: 18 units tested over 3 weeks, cartomizer formats, priced per 10 ml for Panama.
What grapey costs in Panama City
Grapey prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Panama City that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within B/.1.9 per 10 ml.
Grapey in Panama City reaches the shelf in cartomizer formats, and the reviewed ones are rarely the ones that stay in stock. Availability, not taste, is what breaks an order.
The short version: grapey in Panama City works if the cartomizer, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a grapey cartomizer really costs in Panama City
Grapey in a cartomizer is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Panama City the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
How we tested grapey in a cartomizer
- Pick the cartomizer that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Panama, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 4–9 business days.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 4–9 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every grapey bottle shipped into Panama.
- Stock depth: 18 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
Where grapey goes wrong
- Chasing a discount on a cartomizer that then needs an adapter nobody in Panama stocks.
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why grapey tastes flat after two days.
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Panama accept nicotine freight.
The rules that apply here
Retail sales in Panama sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is the local legal limit. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.
Wholesale lines to Panama need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.
