Grapey cartomizer IQOS in Panama City: the wholesale shortlist
Grapey in Panama City: 11 units tested over 3 weeks, cartomizer formats, priced per 10 ml for Panama.
What grapey costs in Panama City
Grapey prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Panama City that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within B/.3.59 per 10 ml.
Grapey sounds like one product. It is not: a cartomizer running varies will taste nothing like the same blend on a different device, which is why we test before we recommend.
The short version: grapey in Panama City works if the cartomizer, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a grapey cartomizer really costs in Panama City
The honest read on grapey: 11 units through the same routine over 3 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
How we tested grapey in a cartomizer
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Panama, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 4–9 business days.
- Spare parts availability for cartomizer in Panama, since tanks and pods go first.
- Stock depth: 11 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a cartomizer arrives sealed but wrong.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in Panama, not a suggestion.
Where grapey goes wrong
- Chasing a discount on a cartomizer that then needs an adapter nobody in Panama stocks.
- Treating the advertised B/.58 entry kit as the real cost when refills run B/.3.59 per 10 ml.
- Buying the cheapest cartomizer available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
The rules that apply here
