Graphite 60 ml bottle IQOS in Panama City: the cheap shortlist
Graphite in Panama City: 21 units tested over 7 weeks, 60 ml bottle formats, priced per 10 ml for Panama.
Delivery, returns and what 4–9 business days really means
A graphite 60 ml bottle from the cheapest options in Panama costs about B/.2.85 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
Graphite prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Panama City that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within B/.2.85 per 10 ml.
The short version: graphite in Panama City works if the 60 ml bottle, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a graphite 60 ml bottle really costs in Panama City
Graphite sounds like one product. It is not: a 60 ml bottle running varies will taste nothing like the same blend on a different device, which is why we test before we recommend.
How we tested graphite in a 60 ml bottle
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 4–9 business days.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Panama, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every graphite bottle shipped into Panama.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in Panama, not a suggestion.
- Batch code and production date, so a graphite bottle turned in 7 weeks ago is not sold as new.
Where graphite goes wrong
- Ignoring the batch date on a 60 ml bottle and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Panama accept nicotine freight.
- Treating the advertised B/.53 entry kit as the real cost when refills run B/.2.85 per 10 ml.
The rules that apply here
Retail sales in Panama sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is the local legal limit. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.
Wholesale lines to Panama need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.

Frequently asked questions
Do you ship tracked orders to Panama?
Yes, tracked to 4–9 business days, with the same-day cut-off at 14:00. Bulk orders get an import note attached before dispatch.
What nicotine strength should graphite start at?
Start at whatever Panama allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a 60 ml bottle.
Why does graphite taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the 60 ml bottle units we ran, a coil past 5 days turned the graphite blend itself harsh.
