Graphite pen device IQOS in Panama City: the online shortlist
Graphite in Panama City: 7 units tested over 7 weeks, pen device formats, priced per 10 ml for Panama.
Coil life, liquid cost and the graphite habit
Graphite prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Panama City that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within B/.3.55 per 10 ml.
Graphite in Panama City reaches the shelf in pen device formats, and the online ones are rarely the ones that stay in stock. Availability, not taste, is what breaks an order.
If you only read one line: the pen device you buy decides how long graphite tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a graphite pen device really costs in Panama City
Ordering into Panama City usually means waiting 4–9 business days. Plan the reorder around that, not around the flavour you like best.
How we tested graphite in a pen device
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Pick the pen device that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 4–9 business days.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in Panama, not a suggestion.
- Spare parts availability for pen device in Panama, since tanks and pods go first.
- Coil type inside the pen device, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 4–9 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
Where graphite goes wrong
- Mixing graphite with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
- Assuming varies is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why graphite tastes flat after two days.

Frequently asked questions
Why does graphite taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the pen device units we ran, a coil past 7 days turned the graphite blend itself harsh.
Is graphite legal to sell in Panama?
Panama applies its own import permit process for nicotine goods.
How long does graphite in a pen device last?
In Panama City we measured 7 to 7 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
