Graphite pod kit IQOS in Panama City: the flat shortlist
Graphite in Panama City: 14 units tested over 7 weeks, pod kit formats, priced per 10 ml for Panama.
Coil life, liquid cost and the graphite habit
Graphite in a pod kit is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Panama City the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
We run graphite the same way in Panama City: same pod kit, same 7 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
The short version: graphite in Panama City works if the pod kit, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a graphite pod kit really costs in Panama City
Graphite prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Panama City that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within B/.3.51 per 10 ml.
How we tested graphite in a pod kit
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Pick the pod kit that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Panama, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Stock depth: 14 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 4–9 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in Panama, not a suggestion.
Where graphite goes wrong
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long graphite in Panama City survives.
- Ignoring the batch date on a pod kit and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
- Treating the advertised B/.58 entry kit as the real cost when refills run B/.3.51 per 10 ml.
The rules that apply here
Panama applies its own import permit process for nicotine goods. Shipping of nicotine to Panama runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.
Wholesale lines to Panama need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.

Frequently asked questions
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On graphite the budget price and the premium price can sit within B/.3.51 per 10 ml once 4–9 business days is counted.
Why does graphite taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the pod kit units we ran, a coil past 7 days turned the graphite blend itself harsh.
Do you ship tracked orders to Panama?
Yes, tracked to 4–9 business days, with the same-day cut-off at 14:00. Bulk orders get an import note attached before dispatch.
