Graphite refill pack IQOS in Panama City: the order shortlist
Graphite in Panama City: 22 units tested over 9 weeks, refill pack formats, priced per 10 ml for Panama.
Ordering IQOS to Panama City: the practical version
There is no single best way to buy IQOS in Panama. There is only the batch that arrived, the coil that came with it, and whether the shop tracks the production run.
If you are looking at graphite in Panama, the first question is not strength. It is whether the refill pack you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
Below is the run we did for this search: 22 units, refill pack, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a graphite refill pack really costs in Panama City
We run graphite the same way in Panama City: same refill pack, same 9 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
How we tested graphite in a refill pack
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 4–9 business days.
- Pick the refill pack that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Coil type inside the refill pack, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- Stock depth: 22 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in Panama, not a suggestion.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 4–9 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
Where graphite goes wrong
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why graphite tastes flat after two days.
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long graphite in Panama City survives.
- Treating the advertised B/.49 entry kit as the real cost when refills run B/.1.66 per 10 ml.
The rules that apply here
Wholesale lines to Panama need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.
Retail sales in Panama sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is the local legal limit. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.

Frequently asked questions
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On graphite the budget price and the premium price can sit within B/.1.66 per 10 ml once 4–9 business days is counted.
Is graphite legal to sell in Panama?
Panama applies its own import permit process for nicotine goods.
Why does graphite taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the refill pack units we ran, a coil past 7 days turned the graphite blend itself harsh.
