Guava 60 ml bottle IQOS in Panama City: the flat shortlist
Guava in Panama City: 17 units tested over 2 weeks, 60 ml bottle formats, priced per 10 ml for Panama.
Where buyers go wrong with guava in Panama
There is no single best way to buy IQOS in Panama. There is only the batch that arrived, the coil that came with it, and whether the shop tracks the production run.
We run guava the same way in Panama City: same 60 ml bottle, same 2 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
The short version: guava in Panama City works if the 60 ml bottle, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a guava 60 ml bottle really costs in Panama City
Guava in a 60 ml bottle is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Panama City the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
How we tested guava in a 60 ml bottle
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Pick the 60 ml bottle that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 4–9 business days.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Coil type inside the 60 ml bottle, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every guava bottle shipped into Panama.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a 60 ml bottle arrives sealed but wrong.
Where guava goes wrong
- Treating the advertised B/.58 entry kit as the real cost when refills run B/.2.85 per 10 ml.
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why guava tastes flat after two days.
- Buying the cheapest 60 ml bottle available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.

Frequently asked questions
How long does guava in a 60 ml bottle last?
In Panama City we measured 2 to 17 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
Can I order IQOS online in Panama?
Yes, tracked dispatch before 14:00, and delivery lands in 4–9 business days. Stock is batch-traced, so the bottle you receive carries a dated code.
What nicotine strength should guava start at?
Start at whatever Panama allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a 60 ml bottle.
