How to tell a good box mod from a repack
Guava in Panama City reaches the shelf in box mod formats, and the budget ones are rarely the ones that stay in stock. Availability, not taste, is what breaks an order.

What a guava box mod really costs in Panama City
Guava in a box mod is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Panama City the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
How we tested guava in a box mod
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 4–9 business days.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Pick the box mod that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a box mod arrives sealed but wrong.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every guava bottle shipped into Panama.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Spare parts availability for box mod in Panama, since tanks and pods go first.
Where guava goes wrong
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Panama accept nicotine freight.
- Buying the cheapest box mod available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
- Treating the advertised B/.62 entry kit as the real cost when refills run B/.2.1 per 10 ml.
The rules that apply here
Retail sales in Panama sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is the local legal limit. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.
Wholesale lines to Panama need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.

Frequently asked questions
Can I order IQOS online in Panama?
Yes, tracked dispatch before 14:00, and delivery lands in 4–9 business days. Stock is batch-traced, so the bottle you receive carries a dated code.
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On guava the budget price and the premium price can sit within B/.2.1 per 10 ml once 4–9 business days is counted.
Why does guava taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the box mod units we ran, a coil past 6 days turned the guava blend itself harsh.
