Guava box mod IQOS in Panama City: the wholesale shortlist
Guava in Panama City: 9 units tested over 7 weeks, box mod formats, priced per 10 ml for Panama.
Ordering IQOS to Panama City: the practical version
A guava box mod from the bulk options in Panama costs about B/.2.2 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
If you are looking at guava in Panama, the first question is not strength. It is whether the box mod you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
Below is the run we did for this search: 9 units, box mod, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a guava box mod really costs in Panama City
Guava box mod reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 9 units and 7 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
How we tested guava in a box mod
- Pick the box mod that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 4–9 business days.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Coil type inside the box mod, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 4–9 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a box mod arrives sealed but wrong.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
Where guava goes wrong
- Ignoring the batch date on a box mod and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
- Assuming varies is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
- Chasing a discount on a box mod that then needs an adapter nobody in Panama stocks.
The rules that apply here
Wholesale lines to Panama need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.
Panama applies its own import permit process for nicotine goods. Shipping of nicotine to Panama runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.

Frequently asked questions
How long does guava in a box mod last?
In Panama City we measured 7 to 9 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
How much does a box mod cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Panama City: about B/.2.2 per 10 ml liquid plus B/.48 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
Why does guava taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the box mod units we ran, a coil past 7 days turned the guava blend itself harsh.
