Guava cartomizer IQOS in Panama City: the best shortlist
Guava in Panama City: 15 units tested over 3 weeks, cartomizer formats, priced per 10 ml for Panama.
Where buyers go wrong with guava in Panama
If you are looking at guava in Panama, the first question is not strength. It is whether the cartomizer you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
Most people searching IQOS in Panama are not after a spec sheet. They want to know what it costs, how long it lasts and which shop will still service it in three months.
The short version: guava in Panama City works if the cartomizer, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a guava cartomizer really costs in Panama City
Guava in Panama City reaches the shelf in cartomizer formats, and the best ones are rarely the ones that stay in stock. Availability, not taste, is what breaks an order.
How we tested guava in a cartomizer
- Pick the cartomizer that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 4–9 business days.
- Coil type inside the cartomizer, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every guava bottle shipped into Panama.
Where guava goes wrong
- Ignoring the batch date on a cartomizer and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why guava tastes flat after two days.
- Mixing guava with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
The rules that apply here
Retail sales in Panama sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is the local legal limit. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.
Panama applies its own import permit process for nicotine goods. Shipping of nicotine to Panama runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.
| What it is | This page | Why it matters |

| Stock checked | 15 lines | Batch-traced, dated production runs only |
| Nicotine ceiling | varies | Legal retail limit in Panama |
| Coil life | ~6 days | The hidden monthly cost |
| Delivery to Panama | 4–9 business days | Buffer the reorder around this |
| Entry kit | B/.34 | What a first order really pays |
| Refill cost | B/.3.34 / 10 ml | The figure that decides the habit |

Frequently asked questions
How long does guava in a cartomizer last?
In Panama City we measured 3 to 15 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
Why does guava taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the cartomizer units we ran, a coil past 6 days turned the guava blend itself harsh.
How much does a cartomizer cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Panama City: about B/.3.34 per 10 ml liquid plus B/.34 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
