Home / Guava refill pack IQOS in Panama City: the deals shortlist

Choosing a refill pack for guava

A guava refill pack from the discounted options in Panama costs about B/.2.67 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.

We run guava the same way in Panama City: same refill pack, same 5 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.

If you only read one line: the refill pack you buy decides how long guava tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.

What a guava refill pack really costs in Panama City

Ordering into Panama City usually means waiting 4–9 business days. Plan the reorder around that, not around the flavour you like best.

How we tested guava in a refill pack

1. Pick the refill pack that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
2. Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 4–9 business days.
3. Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.

• Stock depth: 21 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
• Spare parts availability for refill pack in Panama, since tanks and pods go first.
• Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
• Returns window and who pays return postage when a refill pack arrives sealed but wrong.

Where guava goes wrong

• Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long guava in Panama City survives.
• Treating the advertised B/.33 entry kit as the real cost when refills run B/.2.67 per 10 ml.
• Chasing a discount on a refill pack that then needs an adapter nobody in Panama stocks.
