Guava refill pack IQOS in Panama City: the online shortlist
Guava in Panama City: 23 units tested over 2 weeks, refill pack formats, priced per 10 ml for Panama.
Coil life, liquid cost and the guava habit
Most people searching IQOS in Panama are not after a spec sheet. They want to know what it costs, how long it lasts and which shop will still service it in three months.
Guava refill pack reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 23 units and 2 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
If you only read one line: the refill pack you buy decides how long guava tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a guava refill pack really costs in Panama City
Most people searching IQOS in Panama are not after a spec sheet. They want to know what it costs, how long it lasts and which shop will still service it in three months.
How we tested guava in a refill pack
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 4–9 business days.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Panama, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Stock depth: 23 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every guava bottle shipped into Panama.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
Where guava goes wrong
- Mixing guava with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long guava in Panama City survives.
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why guava tastes flat after two days.
The rules that apply here
Retail sales in Panama sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is the local legal limit. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.
Packaging for guava in Panama must be child-resistant, and the batch code has to be readable without cutting the shrink wrap.

Frequently asked questions
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On guava the budget price and the premium price can sit within B/.1.67 per 10 ml once 4–9 business days is counted.
Why does guava taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the refill pack units we ran, a coil past 5 days turned the guava blend itself harsh.
How much does a refill pack cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Panama City: about B/.1.67 per 10 ml liquid plus B/.65 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
