Guava squonk mod IQOS in Panama City: the online shortlist
Guava in Panama City: 13 units tested over 5 weeks, squonk mod formats, priced per 10 ml for Panama.
Where buyers go wrong with guava in Panama
Most people searching IQOS in Panama are not after a spec sheet. They want to know what it costs, how long it lasts and which shop will still service it in three months.
The honest read on guava: 13 units through the same routine over 5 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
The short version: guava in Panama City works if the squonk mod, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a guava squonk mod really costs in Panama City
There is no single best way to buy IQOS in Panama. There is only the batch that arrived, the coil that came with it, and whether the shop tracks the production run.
How we tested guava in a squonk mod
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Panama, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 4–9 business days.
- Coil type inside the squonk mod, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in Panama, not a suggestion.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
Where guava goes wrong
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long guava in Panama City survives.
- Buying the cheapest squonk mod available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
- Ignoring the batch date on a squonk mod and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
The rules that apply here
Packaging for guava in Panama must be child-resistant, and the batch code has to be readable without cutting the shrink wrap.
Panama applies its own import permit process for nicotine goods.

How much does a squonk mod cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Panama City: about B/.1.98 per 10 ml liquid plus B/.48 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
