Herbal box mod IQOS in Panama City: the budget shortlist
Herbal in Panama City: 14 units tested over 3 weeks, box mod formats, priced per 10 ml for Panama.
Ordering IQOS to Panama City: the practical version
Ordering into Panama City usually means waiting 4–9 business days. Plan the reorder around that, not around the flavour you like best.
Herbal box mod reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 14 units and 3 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
Below is the run we did for this search: 14 units, box mod, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a herbal box mod really costs in Panama City
Herbal prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Panama City that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within B/.1.83 per 10 ml.
How we tested herbal in a box mod
- Pick the box mod that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Panama, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a box mod arrives sealed but wrong.
- Stock depth: 14 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every herbal bottle shipped into Panama.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 4–9 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
Where herbal goes wrong
- Chasing a discount on a box mod that then needs an adapter nobody in Panama stocks.
- Treating the advertised B/.45 entry kit as the real cost when refills run B/.1.83 per 10 ml.
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Panama accept nicotine freight.

Frequently asked questions
Why does herbal taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the box mod units we ran, a coil past 4 days turned the herbal blend itself harsh.
How long does herbal in a box mod last?
In Panama City we measured 3 to 14 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
Is herbal legal to sell in Panama?
Panama applies its own import permit process for nicotine goods.
