Herbal mesh tank IQOS in Panama City: the deals shortlist
Herbal in Panama City: 12 units tested over 9 weeks, mesh tank formats, priced per 10 ml for Panama.
What the label on Herbal is allowed to say
Herbal in a mesh tank is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Panama City the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
We run herbal the same way in Panama City: same mesh tank, same 9 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
The short version: herbal in Panama City works if the mesh tank, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a herbal mesh tank really costs in Panama City
Herbal mesh tank reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 12 units and 9 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
How we tested herbal in a mesh tank
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Panama, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Pick the mesh tank that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in Panama, not a suggestion.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- Spare parts availability for mesh tank in Panama, since tanks and pods go first.
Where herbal goes wrong
- Ignoring the batch date on a mesh tank and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
- Assuming varies is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
- Treating the advertised B/.64 entry kit as the real cost when refills run B/.2.72 per 10 ml.
The rules that apply here
Retail sales in Panama sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is the local legal limit. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.
Packaging for herbal in Panama must be child-resistant, and the batch code has to be readable without cutting the shrink wrap.

| Entry kit | B/.64 | What a first order really pays |
| Refill cost | B/.2.72 / 10 ml | The figure that decides the habit |

Frequently asked questions
Is herbal legal to sell in Panama?
Panama applies its own import permit process for nicotine goods.
What nicotine strength should herbal start at?
Start at whatever Panama allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a mesh tank.
How long does herbal in a mesh tank last?
In Panama City we measured 9 to 12 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
