Herbal nicotine salt bottle IQOS in Panama City: the budget shortlist
Herbal in Panama City: 24 units tested over 7 weeks, nicotine salt bottle formats, priced per 10 ml for Panama.
What the label on Herbal is allowed to say
We run herbal the same way in Panama City: same nicotine salt bottle, same 7 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
A herbal nicotine salt bottle from the budget options in Panama costs about B/.3.07 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
The short version: herbal in Panama City works if the nicotine salt bottle, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a herbal nicotine salt bottle really costs in Panama City
Herbal sounds like one product. It is not: a nicotine salt bottle running varies will taste nothing like the same blend on a different device, which is why we test before we recommend.
How we tested herbal in a nicotine salt bottle
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Panama, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Pick the nicotine salt bottle that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in Panama, not a suggestion.
- Batch code and production date, so a herbal bottle turned in 7 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- Stock depth: 24 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a nicotine salt bottle arrives sealed but wrong.
Where herbal goes wrong
- Treating the advertised B/.28 entry kit as the real cost when refills run B/.3.07 per 10 ml.
- Chasing a discount on a nicotine salt bottle that then needs an adapter nobody in Panama stocks.
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Panama accept nicotine freight.
The rules that apply here
Wholesale lines to Panama need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.
Panama applies its own import permit process for nicotine goods. Shipping of nicotine to Panama runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.

Frequently asked questions
Why does herbal taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the nicotine salt bottle units we ran, a coil past 6 days turned the herbal blend itself harsh.
How long does herbal in a nicotine salt bottle last?
In Panama City we measured 7 to 24 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On herbal the budget price and the premium price can sit within B/.3.07 per 10 ml once 4–9 business days is counted.
