Herbal pen device IQOS in Panama City: the wholesale shortlist
Herbal in Panama City: 24 units tested over 5 weeks, pen device formats, priced per 10 ml for Panama.
Coil life, liquid cost and the herbal habit
Herbal in Panama City reaches the shelf in pen device formats, and the bulk ones are rarely the ones that stay in stock. Availability, not taste, is what breaks an order.
Herbal in a pen device is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Panama City the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
The short version: herbal in Panama City works if the pen device, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a herbal pen device really costs in Panama City
Herbal prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Panama City that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within B/.3.31 per 10 ml.
How we tested herbal in a pen device
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Pick the pen device that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 4–9 business days.
- Batch code and production date, so a herbal bottle turned in 5 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every herbal bottle shipped into Panama.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a pen device arrives sealed but wrong.
Where herbal goes wrong
- Ignoring the batch date on a pen device and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
- Assuming varies is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long herbal in Panama City survives.
The rules that apply here
Packaging for herbal in Panama must be child-resistant, and the batch code has to be readable without cutting the shrink wrap.
Retail sales in Panama sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is the local legal limit. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.

Frequently asked questions
How long does herbal in a pen device last?
In Panama City we measured 5 to 24 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
How much does a pen device cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Panama City: about B/.3.31 per 10 ml liquid plus B/.32 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
Why does herbal taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the pen device units we ran, a coil past 5 days turned the herbal blend itself harsh.
