Herbal in Panama City: 7 units tested over 7 weeks, refill pack formats, priced per 10 ml for Panama.
Delivery, returns and what 4–9 business days really means
If you are looking at herbal in Panama, the first question is not strength. It is whether the refill pack you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
Herbal prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Panama City that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within B/.2.87 per 10 ml.
If you only read one line: the refill pack you buy decides how long herbal tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a herbal refill pack really costs in Panama City
If you are looking at herbal in Panama, the first question is not strength. It is whether the refill pack you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
How we tested herbal in a refill pack
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Panama, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Pick the refill pack that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Coil type inside the refill pack, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a refill pack arrives sealed but wrong.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in Panama, not a suggestion.
Where herbal goes wrong
- Treating the advertised B/.51 entry kit as the real cost when refills run B/.2.87 per 10 ml.
- Assuming varies is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why herbal tastes flat after two days.
The rules that apply here
Retail sales in Panama sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is the local legal limit. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.
Panama applies its own import permit process for nicotine goods. Shipping of nicotine to Panama runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.
