Herbal squonk mod IQOS in Panama City: the online shortlist
Herbal in Panama City: 18 units tested over 2 weeks, squonk mod formats, priced per 10 ml for Panama.
How to tell a good squonk mod from a repack
A herbal squonk mod from the online options in Panama costs about B/.2.29 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
The honest read on herbal: 18 units through the same routine over 2 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
If you only read one line: the squonk mod you buy decides how long herbal tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a herbal squonk mod really costs in Panama City
We run herbal the same way in Panama City: same squonk mod, same 2 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
How we tested herbal in a squonk mod
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Panama, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 4–9 business days.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Batch code and production date, so a herbal bottle turned in 2 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a squonk mod arrives sealed but wrong.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every herbal bottle shipped into Panama.
Where herbal goes wrong
- Treating the advertised B/.47 entry kit as the real cost when refills run B/.2.29 per 10 ml.
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why herbal tastes flat after two days.
- Chasing a discount on a squonk mod that then needs an adapter nobody in Panama stocks.
The rules that apply here
Retail sales in Panama sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is the local legal limit. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.
Panama applies its own import permit process for nicotine goods.

Frequently asked questions
Why does herbal taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the squonk mod units we ran, a coil past 7 days turned the herbal blend itself harsh.
What nicotine strength should herbal start at?
Start at whatever Panama allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a squonk mod.
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On herbal the budget price and the premium price can sit within B/.2.29 per 10 ml once 4–9 business days is counted.
