Herbal starter kit IQOS in Panama City: the flat shortlist
Herbal in Panama City: 24 units tested over 2 weeks, starter kit formats, priced per 10 ml for Panama.
What the label on Herbal is allowed to say
Herbal in a starter kit is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Panama City the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
If you are looking at herbal in Panama, the first question is not strength. It is whether the starter kit you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
Below is the run we did for this search: 24 units, starter kit, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a herbal starter kit really costs in Panama City
Ordering into Panama City usually means waiting 4–9 business days. Plan the reorder around that, not around the flavour you like best.
How we tested herbal in a starter kit
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Pick the starter kit that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 4–9 business days.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in Panama, not a suggestion.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Spare parts availability for starter kit in Panama, since tanks and pods go first.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every herbal bottle shipped into Panama.
Where herbal goes wrong
- Treating the advertised B/.41 entry kit as the real cost when refills run B/.3.4 per 10 ml.
- Mixing herbal with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
- Assuming varies is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
The rules that apply here
Panama applies its own import permit process for nicotine goods. Shipping of nicotine to Panama runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.
Wholesale lines to Panama need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.

Frequently asked questions
How much does a starter kit cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Panama City: about B/.3.4 per 10 ml liquid plus B/.41 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
Can I order IQOS online in Panama?
Yes, tracked dispatch before 14:00, and delivery lands in 4–9 business days. Stock is batch-traced, so the bottle you receive carries a dated code.
Why does herbal taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the starter kit units we ran, a coil past 7 days turned the herbal blend itself harsh.
