Herbal sub-ohm kit IQOS in Panama City: the review shortlist
Herbal in Panama City: 9 units tested over 6 weeks, sub-ohm kit formats, priced per 10 ml for Panama.
How to tell a good sub-ohm kit from a repack
There is no single best way to buy IQOS in Panama. There is only the batch that arrived, the coil that came with it, and whether the shop tracks the production run.
If you are looking at herbal in Panama, the first question is not strength. It is whether the sub-ohm kit you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
The short version: herbal in Panama City works if the sub-ohm kit, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a herbal sub-ohm kit really costs in Panama City
Herbal in a sub-ohm kit is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Panama City the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
How we tested herbal in a sub-ohm kit
- Pick the sub-ohm kit that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 4–9 business days.
- Stock depth: 9 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- Batch code and production date, so a herbal bottle turned in 6 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in Panama, not a suggestion.
Where herbal goes wrong
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why herbal tastes flat after two days.
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Panama accept nicotine freight.
- Mixing herbal with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
The rules that apply here
Wholesale lines to Panama need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.
Panama applies its own import permit process for nicotine goods.

Frequently asked questions
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On herbal the budget price and the premium price can sit within B/.3.06 per 10 ml once 4–9 business days is counted.
Why does herbal taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the sub-ohm kit units we ran, a coil past 6 days turned the herbal blend itself harsh.
How long does herbal in a sub-ohm kit last?
In Panama City we measured 6 to 9 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
