Honey in Panama City: 22 units tested over 2 weeks, mesh tank formats, priced per 10 ml for Panama.
Ordering IQOS to Panama City: the practical version
A honey mesh tank from the value options in Panama costs about B/.2.67 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
The honest read on honey: 22 units through the same routine over 2 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
If you only read one line: the mesh tank you buy decides how long honey tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a honey mesh tank really costs in Panama City
Honey in a mesh tank is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Panama City the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
How we tested honey in a mesh tank
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 4–9 business days.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Panama, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Batch code and production date, so a honey bottle turned in 2 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- Spare parts availability for mesh tank in Panama, since tanks and pods go first.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every honey bottle shipped into Panama.
Where honey goes wrong
- Buying the cheapest mesh tank available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
- Treating the advertised B/.48 entry kit as the real cost when refills run B/.2.67 per 10 ml.
- Mixing honey with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
The rules that apply here
Packaging for honey in Panama must be child-resistant, and the batch code has to be readable without cutting the shrink wrap.
Wholesale lines to Panama need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.

Frequently asked questions
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On honey the budget price and the premium price can sit within B/.2.67 per 10 ml once 4–9 business days is counted.
How long does honey in a mesh tank last?
In Panama City we measured 2 to 22 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
Why does honey taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the mesh tank units we ran, a coil past 6 days turned the honey blend itself harsh.
