Honey nicotine salt bottle IQOS in Panama City: the budget shortlist
Honey in Panama City: 8 units tested over 5 weeks, nicotine salt bottle formats, priced per 10 ml for Panama.
How we tested Honey nicotine salt bottle here
There is no single best way to buy IQOS in Panama. There is only the batch that arrived, the coil that came with it, and whether the shop tracks the production run.
The honest read on honey: 8 units through the same routine over 5 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
If you only read one line: the nicotine salt bottle you buy decides how long honey tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a honey nicotine salt bottle really costs in Panama City
Honey in a nicotine salt bottle is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Panama City the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
How we tested honey in a nicotine salt bottle
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 4–9 business days.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Panama, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Stock depth: 8 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Coil type inside the nicotine salt bottle, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- Spare parts availability for nicotine salt bottle in Panama, since tanks and pods go first.
Where honey goes wrong
- Treating the advertised B/.66 entry kit as the real cost when refills run B/.2.45 per 10 ml.
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why honey tastes flat after two days.
- Mixing honey with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
The rules that apply here
Wholesale lines to Panama need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.
Retail sales in Panama sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is the local legal limit. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.

Frequently asked questions
Is honey legal to sell in Panama?
Panama applies its own import permit process for nicotine goods.
Do you ship tracked orders to Panama?
Yes, tracked to 4–9 business days, with the same-day cut-off at 14:00. Bulk orders get an import note attached before dispatch.
Why does honey taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the nicotine salt bottle units we ran, a coil past 5 days turned the honey blend itself harsh.
